Mr. Kollitides has 25 years of transaction, strategy and operations experience, investing in and operating North American, middle-market companies that exhibit the potential for growth, business improvement or are non-core to their owners. Over his career, Mr. Kollitides has invested in or acquired dozens of companies with revenues of $5 million to over $1 billion and has created two, $1 billion plus revenue platform companies via acquisitions. To complete these investments, Mr. Kollitides has also raised billions of dollars in private and public debt. As an experienced executive, he has served as a CEO, Chairman, Lead Director or Director on public, private and non-profit boards, including as a member or Chairman of Compensation, Nom./Gov., and Audit Committees.
Mr. Kollitides is currently a Managing Director and Co-Head of A&M Capital Opportunities, a middle-market private equity firm, where he sits on the Investment Committee. He also sits on the Boards of Energy XXI Gulf Coast (NASDAQ: EXXI), adMarketplace, Dutchland Plastics, and Precision Gear.
Mr. Kollitides previously held senior positions at Remington, Cerberus, TenX, Catterton and GE, where he was six sigma trained.
Mr. Kollitides is a Trustee of the Bridgeport Hospital Foundation and sits on the Good Sports New York Advisory Board. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Orthopedic Foundation for Active Lifestyles, where he was honored with the 2010 Leadership Award for Philanthropy, the Lafayette College Board of Trustees’ Committee on Financial Policy, and as a Board Member of Domus Kids.
Mr. Kollitides received an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics with a Minor in Government and Law from Lafayette College, is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (“YPO”), and was ranked by Sports One Source as one 40 under 40 in the sporting goods industry.
